We proudly serve a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, shipbuilding and marine, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, food and beverage, power and water, construction, and renewable energy sectors such as solar, hydrogen, and wind. Backed by ISO-certified principles and a trusted global network of manufacturing partners, RGL Export is committed to delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions with competitive pricing, reliable lead times, and uncompromising quality — every time.

RGL supplies standard sizes of seamless and welded stainless steel instrumentation tubing in the four most popular austenitic grades — 304, 304L, 316, and 316L — ranging from 1/4″ to 1/2″ outside diameter, in straight lengths and coils where applicable. Material is available in annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finish, and polished conditions. These grades are trusted across a wide range of industries for their excellent corrosion resistance and machinability.
304 / 304L Stainless Instrumentation Tubing The most versatile and widely used austenitic stainless steels, Types 304 and 304L offer excellent corrosion resistance across a broad range of environments, along with strong machinability and weldability, with or without filler metal.
316 / 316L Stainless Instrumentation Tubing Similar to 304/304L but enhanced with molybdenum, these grades deliver superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments, along with excellent toughness — even at cryogenic temperatures — and strong weldability.
Special Alloy Tubing: Nickel & Titanium For demanding applications in aerospace, chemical processing, biotechnology, oil & gas, food processing, fertilizers, medical devices, and waste treatment, RGL also supplies nickel and titanium alloy tubing.
Nickel Tubing — Seamless nickel tubing for aerospace and commercial use, offering high strength and excellent heat and temperature resistance. Available in Alloy 20, 200, C-276, 400, 600, 625, 718, and HX.
CP Titanium Tubing — Commercially pure titanium tubing used primarily in aerospace ducting, as well as power generation, medical, and chemical processing applications. OD: 1/4″–7 1/2″ | Wall: .016″–.078″ | Specs: BMS 7-21, DMS 1878, ASTM B338, AMS 4942
Ti-3Al-2.5V Titanium Tubing — Designed for aircraft applications where strength and low weight are critical. More malleable than Ti-6Al-4V, it’s well suited for hydraulic tubing, is weldable, and can be strengthened through cold working and heat treatment. OD: 1/4″–1-1/2″ | Wall: .016″–.088″ | Specs: AMS 4943, AMS 4945, AMS 4944, DMS 2241, MMS 1205, AS5620, PWA 1260
Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Tubing — The aerospace industry’s benchmark titanium alloy for strength-critical, weight-sensitive applications. While more commonly used in sheet and plate form, it remains available in select tubular applications requiring maximum strength. OD: 1/2″–1-1/2″ | Wall: .020″–.028″ | Specs: AMS 4911, LMA-M8003
