RGL supply standard sizes of seamless and welded stainless instrumentation tubing – austenitic grades of 304, 304L, 316 and 316L, in a size range from 1/4” to 1/2” outside diameters in straight lengths and coils, where applicable. Material is available in the annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finish and polished conditions. These are the four most popular austenitic grades of stainless steel which provide excellent overall corrosion resistance.
These grades are sold to a wide range of industries/markets, due to their overall corrosion resistance and good Mach-inability.
304 / 304L Stainless Instrumentation Tubing
These grades of austenitic stainless steels are the most versatile and widely used stainless steels. They exhibit excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments. Type 304 and 304L grades exhibit good mach inability and have excellent weld-ability characteristics with or without the addition of filler metals.

316 / 316L Stainless Instrumentation Tubing
These grades of austenitic stainless steels are similar to 304 and 304L, but with the addition of molybdenum. The addition of molybdenum improves the alloys corrosion resistance, particularly with higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. The austenitic structure allows excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. These grades have excellent weld-ability, with or without the addition of filler metal.

CP Titanium Tubing-
Titanium Tubing (Commercial Pure) which primarily used in aerospace ducting applications. This alloy is also used in Power Generation, Medical Applications and Chemical Processing.

TI-3AL-2.5V Titanium Tubing-
TI-3AL-2.5V Titanium Tubing is used in aircraft applications where strength is required but weight is a critical factor. Ti-3Al-2.5V is used in tubular form since it has proven to be much more malleable than Ti-6-4 and has useful properties for applications in hydraulic systems. Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium tubing can be cold worked by standard tube manufacturing processes, is weldable and can be strengthened by a combination of cold working and subsequent heat treatment.

6AL-4V Titanium Tubing-
6AL-4V Titanium Tubing is used in aircraft applications where strength is required but weight is a critical factor. Ti-6Al-4V has always been the first titanium choice in the aerospace industry. Since it is not a malleable alloy, it is more commonly used in sheet and plate applications. Regardless, there are still some tubular applications where Ti-6AL-4V is used where strength is critical.
